When my son was two and the two of us were finding our way in our new world (a rented two-up, two-down in Salford), I started writing a blog. I didn’t think anyone would read it, but lots of people did, and it even won awards. My son is ten now, but I love looking back and reading about what it was like watching my baby bloom into a real-life, walking, talking person before my very eyes, as I came to terms with the fact I was someone’s mum. It was a magical time. The blog is here. Some of the older posts are archived now, but I’m working on dusting them off and bringing them out again soon.
